These Terms govern your use of HanCutE (the “App”).
The App lets you select photos, arrange them in a layout, and save or share the result as one image. You can also cover detected face regions with blur or emoji.
Photo editing and face detection take place on your device. Inquiry text and images attached to an inquiry are transmitted to provide support. See the Privacy Policy for details about personal information.
Rights in original photos and completed images remain with their respective owners. You may use completed images for personal or commercial purposes. You must have the rights needed to use your photos and respect others’ rights, including copyright and portrait rights.
Rights in the App’s code, design, logo and other App materials belong to the operator or their respective owners. Included open-source and third-party software is governed by its own license.
The App displays Google AdMob ads. Watching a rewarded ad unlocks certain editing features for 24 hours. Saved or shared images have a maximum size of 2,048 pixels on the longer side.
Do not create or distribute illegal content, infringe others’ rights, send spam through the inquiry feature, or disrupt the service. Do not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the App without authorization beyond what applicable law or the relevant open-source licenses allow.
The operator may change features or temporarily suspend the service for improvements or maintenance. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page. An update may be required to continue using the service.
Automatic face detection may miss faces, and blur or emoji does not guarantee complete anonymization. Check the result before saving or sharing it. The operator’s and users’ responsibilities are determined under applicable law. These Terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We will announce changes to these Terms in the App or on this page at least seven days before they take effect. Where the law requires separate consent, we will follow that process. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.
