    Key Principle: AirCut processes all photos entirely on your device. Your photo data is never transmitted to any external server under any circumstances.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

AirCut ("the App") processes personal information for the following purposes:

App improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve features and performance (with consent)
Advertising: Displaying ads to free users (with consent)
Purchase management: Processing and restoring "Remove Ads" in-app purchases
App stability: Collecting crash reports to fix bugs

2. Personal Information Collected

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

Photos and images: All photo processing (background removal, editing, filters) is performed 100% on-device.
Personal identification: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or address.
Location data: We do not collect GPS or location data.
Contacts or messages: We do not access your contacts or messages.

7. Data Destruction

7.1 Procedure

Personal information is destroyed without delay when its retention period expires or its processing purpose has been achieved. AirCut does not separately store photo data on user devices; temporary files created during editing are deleted immediately upon completion or cancellation.

7.2 Method

Electronic files: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery
Temporary files: Automatically deleted from the app's private cache directory
Firebase/AdMob data: Automatically deleted per each service's retention policy
App uninstall: All app data (settings, cache, temporary files) on the device is automatically removed

8. Security Measures

Encryption: All network communications use TLS encryption; cleartext HTTP is blocked
Photo protection: Screenshot prevention (FLAG_SECURE) applied on editing and preview screens
Access control: Photos are processed only in app-private memory and cache, inaccessible to other apps
On-device AI: AI models run directly on the device, eliminating the need for server transmission
Code protection: Code obfuscation (R8) applied in release builds

10. Children's Privacy

AirCut is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in South Korea). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child's personal information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in laws or services. We will notify you of changes through the app or this page. Updated policies take effect 7 days after posting. For material changes affecting user rights, we will provide 30 days' prior notice.
